Refund and Exchange Policy

At Dashani’s Flawless Inches, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Refunds
- Eligibility*: Refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the products are unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. This means that the tags must be intact, and the items should be in their original packaging. The hair should not be worn, tampered with, or chemically altered in any way.
- Proof of Purchase*: You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Procedure*: To initiate a return, contact us at [flawlessinches21@gmail.com](mailto:flawlessinches21@gmail.com). We will inspect the extensions upon receipt. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Refund Processing*: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Exchanges
- Process*: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return procedure. Contact us to request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process.

Non-Refundable Items

To ensure clarity and manage expectations, please note the following items are non-refundable:
- Custom Items: This includes special orders and custom wigs. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be returned or refunded.
- Beauty Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on beauty products.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Shipping and Delivery

- At Dashani’s Flawless Inches, we are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience. Here’s what you can expect:
- Same-Day Shipping*: If your items are in stock and pre-washed, we strive to ship them the same day so you can receive your extensions within a business week.
- Processing Time*: From the moment of purchase until your order is shipped from our office, the processing time is typically 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing verified orders due to our pre-washing and air-drying process.
- Custom Wigs*: Custom wigs require a processing time of 7-15 business days before shipping.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
- Shipping Carriers*: All orders are shipped directly from our office in the Netherlands via FedEx, DHL, and PostNL. Each shipment includes Track and Trace and requires a direct signature upon delivery.
- Address Verification*: Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match. If they do not, correct the address during checkout to avoid delays.
Promotion Seasons
- Extended Processing Time*: During major promotion seasons, processing times may be extended to 7-10 business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Shipping Costs and Customs
- Within the Netherlands*: All shipping costs and taxes are included in your order total.
- International Orders*: For customers outside the Netherlands, you are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes required to clear your items.
