Refunds

  • Eligibility*: Refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the products are unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. This means that the tags must be intact, and the items should be in their original packaging. The hair should not be worn, tampered with, or chemically altered in any way.

  • Proof of Purchase*: You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Refund Processing*: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Exchanges

  • Custom Items: This includes special orders and custom wigs. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Beauty Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on beauty products.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
